Eventus is building a new health center next to the Mustamäe Center at the request of Scandium Kinnisvara. Starting at the beginning of 2027, the Tammsaare Health Center will host the laboratory services provider Synlab, 6 family doctor centers, 2 dental clinics, and many other companies providing medical services.

A new sports center by Padel+ is set to open its doors at the Luige Center. The newly completed padel hall will be named Eventus Padel. Four top-level padel courts will be waiting for all sports enthusiasts to play starting in September.

In April, Eventus will begin construction on the Viimsi Shopping Center, during which the current center building will triple in size and gain parking facilities on the roof. In the center, which will be completed in 2026 and span 12 500 m2. Health centers and restaurants will join the Delice and Maxima XX stores

We are starting construction on the final stock-office type commercial building in the Ringtee Business Park. The 10 000 m2 warehouse and industrial building, planned for the Suurvälja tee 1 property and assigned an A-energy class, will be completed at the end of 2025.

The Luige Sports Hall will be completed by the autumn of 2025 in Kiili municipality, where the Padel+ padel center and the Beach 44 beach volleyball and tennis hall will open. The developer of the Luige quarter is Restate.
